Grateful to have spent an evening with the volunteer foot patrol of the Bear Clan Patrol in Thunder Bay Ontario.  A community based group who advacotes for the safety and wellness of the people in the Port Arthur area of Thunder Bay.  Each evening the patrol will have two groups of foot patrol, and kayak patrol.  We were fortunate to have a search and rescue K9 who walked with us.   Check them out and support them on Facebook.  Megwich.

Security 2J2 is offering the Saskatchewan Investigators & Security Guard Course. We are approved by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice with Course Provider #153.

$850 per person, plus applicable taxes

This is a 40 hour course required by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice to qualify for a Private Investigator or Security Guard License in Saskatchewan.

This course covers the following topics;

– The Private Investigators & Security Guards Act; – Provincial Legislation; – Duties and Responsibilities of a Security Guard; – Professionalism and Public Relations; – The Legal System and the Criminal Code; – Access Control and Alarm Systems; – Traffic Control; – Note Taking, Reports and Evidence; – Response to Immediate Crisis; – General Patrol Tactics and Techniques; – Labour Disputes; and – Safety Issues for Security Guards

Upon successful completion of the course, you will be made eligible to be licensed and work for any security company of your choosing.

This course will run from 8:00am to 5:00pm
