Looking forward to visiting the community of Deschambault Lake First Nation. We will be having self defence for women and youth following the community fitness sessions during the week of 23-17 Jan 2020. All are invited no cost to participate. 7-8pm at the High School Gym.

Security Officer Training in Saskatchewan
Accredited by the Saskatchewan Justice Department, this 40-hour course is the mandatory training requirement for all licenced security guards in Saskatchewan. This program is to increase the knowledge base of the individual security officer; thereby increasing the level of safety enjoyed by both the officer and the public encountering private security. It  will assist the officer with his/her duties and to stay within the guidelines of the law. This course will provide the student with the theory he/she should know to pass the provincial exam and earn a security guard certificate.

Grateful to have spent an evening with the volunteer foot patrol of the Bear Clan Patrol in Thunder Bay Ontario.  A community based group who advacotes for the safety and wellness of the people in the Port Arthur area of Thunder Bay.  Each evening the patrol will have two groups of foot patrol, and kayak patrol.  We were fortunate to have a search and rescue K9 who walked with us.   Check them out and support them on Facebook.  Megwich.
