Thank you to the security professionals from GARDA World Security and XPERA Security who completed the weekend programming on tactical handcuffing techniques.

At 2J2 we train in a holistic approach, to ensure all tactical communications are used prior to reasonable use of force when required to apply handcuffs.

This week from 530-630pm at the Father Megret High School gym, we will be programming self-defence and safety awareness for the Wollastan Lake community.  Contact community co-ord for further information.

2J2 is offering no cost drop in begineer self-defence and awareness  sessions Nov-Dec 2016 every Mon night 700-800pm for Women and youth.

Agility fitness room at St.Mary’s Health&Wellness centre in Pleasant Hill Saskatoon.  No prior experience required, open to youth if accompanied with parent.
